love this place, everyone is so nice! the customer service is 100xs better than anything redbox could ever give.
The people there don't Kno how to do their job. Me and my girlfriend have separate numbers and accounts. I went in there and used my number and for some reason they had added our accounts together Wich isn't right. Then they had said I didnt bring back a movie from my girlfriend's account that night and I was using my account hmm. I had told them I rented that movie a month prior on my girlfriend's account but why would they just now say something a month later. And in the meantime I have been paying all of her late fees on her account and we're no longer together. They are some scamming people that work there. Then before all of this happened I went and looked at their phones in the store and it was 270$ just for two prepaid phones so I went and looked else where. And after I never went back is when they started messing my account and my girlfriend account up and said I had a movie I never brought back Wich was a lie and so I had been paying late fees not linked to my account because I didn't want the phones from that mixed guy with curly hair. The guy that started all the drama with me is the mixed bigger buy with short curly hair. I plan to get ahold of the general manager and pursue them for lying making me pay someone else's account fees and so on.!

You get a bunch of coupons when you sign up, and regular coupons via mail, text, and email as well. The half off monthly option is the way to go. You save a ton that way and can opt out at any time by just not paying for it the next month. Free kids movies too!
Always felt welcomed there by the staff and the gm Erica is absolute one of the nicest people I have personally known since g Ade school. Way to go to bringing back a family video nights on a weekend. Azing selections and normally if the new release isn't in stock they will find a way to get a copy teser Ed for you as soon as they can. I have been going to family videos for about 5years now always found something new or a old favorite.
They have MOVIES, who doesn't like movies, and now they sell cell phones and plans to help save money. They also have an ice and water machine that are the best price around. You can't beat this place. Service is great always smiling faces and beautiful women!
