This has to be the worst insurance company I've ever delt with or heard about. They are slow, rude, and a pain to work with. Don't expect to talk to the agent in a timely manner. Ever. Once you obtain insurance from them, they treat you like a number and lie to you. Also, I ended my coverage and I've waited over three weeks for a refund check. Terrible company. Also, don't tell me, after three days of no return phone call, that you "had my number pulled up and we're just about to give you a call" after I finally just call you myself. Rediculous company.
I've never seen this level of incompetence from an insurance group, especially Dillon Shirley, an agent in their Greenwood offive. I was given an estimate over the phone for a policy to cover my new home being built at Eagles Harbor. When I arrived at their office to drop off the check, Shirley had 'accidentally' erased my file, had to start over from scratch and quoted a premium THREE TIMES what he had given me over the phone!
