He is clear and concise when answering all my silly questions and I never have any trouble getting a hold of him to answer those questions. He has always been able to show me the value in the service he provides, so i can sleep easy. I had a huge crack in my windshield about 2 weeks ago, so I contacted Frank. I still cannot believe how easy the process was! I called Frank- he asked me who I wanted to fix it, I told him and he said okay. He made all the arrangements and fast! I wasn't on the phone for 4 minutes with Frank-And that was super important because I work too! The glass guy came the next day to ensure the right glass was ordered, then replaced it the next day!
